Bottled Water Delivery in Midrand
Midrand sits squarely between the two metros, which is a large part of why so much of the province’s conference and exhibition trade happens here. Gallagher Convention Centre alone fills a calendar of trade shows, and Waterfall City has grown a dense cluster of corporate campuses around it.
Exhibition water is a different purchase from office water. It is bought once, in volume, against a fixed date, and it very often carries a logo — which is why exhibitors tend to pair one large single-line quantity with our own-label range instead of handing out cases of somebody else’s brand.

Midrand delivery questions
Can you deliver to an exhibition stand?
We deliver to whatever address you give us, but whether stock may go straight to a stand depends on the venue’s own access and storage rules for exhibitors. Many organisers want it on site the day before build-up — check with yours, then order to whichever address works.
How far ahead should an exhibitor place the order?
As soon as the stand is confirmed. We deliberately do not quote a production turnaround we cannot stand behind, so for anything tied to a date the safe approach is to order early and email shop@aquazenonline.co.za so the date is on our radar.
Does putting our logo on the bottle cost extra?
Not per bottle. Own-label bottles sit on the same quantity bands as everything else in the range; what differs is a higher starting quantity and an artwork proof you have to sign off before printing.
