The Water
What kinds of bottled water do you sell?
Premium purified bottled water — still and sparkling — for homes, offices, clubs and events, plus personalised bottles printed with your own label.
What bottle sizes are available?
Still water comes in 500ml, 750ml, 1L, 1.5L and 5L. Sparkling comes in 500ml only — the one bottle size that holds its fizz. Personalised bottles are available in 500ml (still or sparkling) and 1.5L still.
Does sparkling water cost more than still?
No — the 500ml sparkling is priced exactly the same as the 500ml still.
Ordering & Pricing
How does the per-bottle pricing work?
You buy by the bottle, and the more bottles of a product you order, the less each bottle costs — prices start from R 8,50 per bottle. The discount applies to your whole line: order 100 bottles and every one of the 100 is charged at the 100+ rate, which can make a bigger order cost less than a smaller one.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — 50 bottles per product (100 for personalised bottles). Each product is bottled as its own production run, which is what makes the pricing possible.
Do your prices include VAT?
The price shown is the price you pay — no VAT is charged, and there are no hidden extras beyond the flat delivery fee.
Personalised & Branded Bottles
How do personalised bottles work?
Choose a personalised product (500ml still or sparkling, or 1.5L still) and upload your label artwork during checkout — up to 5 files of up to 5MB each, in PNG, JPG, PDF or SVG format. You will receive a proof email showing exactly what we received before anything is printed.
What if my artwork will not upload?
No problem — finish your order and email the artwork to shop@aquazenonline.co.za, quoting your order number.
Can I supply my artwork later?
Yes, up until your order goes into production. After that the label is locked.
Payment
How can I pay?
Ozow for instant EFT straight from your banking app, or Payfast for card payments plus Google Pay, SnapScan, Zapper, MobiCred and more. Both are trusted South African payment providers, and your payment details never touch our servers.
When is my order confirmed?
The moment your payment is confirmed you receive an email with your invoice attached, and your order goes straight into production.
Delivery
What does delivery cost?
A flat R 99,00 per order — regardless of how many bottles you order or how much they weigh.
Where do you deliver bottled water?
Across Gauteng and the Cape Town metro.
How do I track my order?
Use the order number from your confirmation email on our Track Order page, or see all your orders under My Orders on the site.
Returns & Help
What if something is wrong with my order?
Submit a request on our returns page — our full returns policy is published on the site. We email you as soon as your request is reviewed.
