Delivery Policy

We keep delivery simple: one flat fee of R 99,00 per order, anywhere in Gauteng or Cape Town. It does not matter how far from us you are, how many bottles you order or how much the order weighs — the fee is the same, and you see it before you pay.

Because water is heavy, most online stores charge delivery by weight — a family-size order can attract a courier fee of several hundred rand. Our orders are dispatched directly from our production facility on its own delivery fleet, which is how we can offer one flat fee regardless of weight or distance. The fee is subsidised: it is less than what the delivery actually costs us, and the difference is carried in the bottle price, which is also why the price per bottle falls as your order grows.
Minimum Order Quantities
Every product has a minimum order quantity, shown on the product page and enforced at checkout. Standard bottles start at 50 bottles and personalised bottles at 100 bottles.
The reason is production, not paperwork: your water is purified, filled and labelled to order rather than taken off a shelf, and our bottling partner runs each product as its own batch. The minimum is what makes a batch — plus a delivery — worth putting on the road. It also works in your favour, because the price per bottle drops at 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 bottles.
Bulk and Corporate Orders
For very large or recurring orders, email shop@aquazenonline.co.za with your quantity, delivery address and required date and we will confirm pricing and a delivery date within one business day.
For regular corporate or club deliveries we can set up a scheduled standing order with a fixed delivery day each week or month.
Timeframes
Standard stock orders
Dispatched from our production facility the next working day after payment clears. Gauteng and Cape Town metro delivery typically 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Personalised orders
Allow 5–10 working days from artwork approval before dispatch, because labels are printed and bottles are filled to order. If you have an event date, tell us at checkout and we will confirm whether it is achievable.
Order tracking
You receive an email at each stage — payment received, dispatched, and delivered. You can also track your order at any time on our tracking page using your order number.
Timeframes are estimates. They exclude weekends, public holidays and delays outside our control such as courier disruptions, weather or load shedding.
Receiving Your Order
- Deliveries take place on working days between 08:00 and 17:00. Couriers cannot guarantee a specific time.
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the order. If nobody is there, the courier will attempt redelivery; a second failed attempt may carry a re-delivery fee.
- Please check the parcel on arrival. Report any leaking, crushed or missing items within 7 days under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- We cannot deliver to a PO Box. A physical street address is required.
Collection
You are welcome to collect your order free of charge by prior arrangement. Choose collection at checkout or email us, and we will confirm the address and a collection slot once your order is ready.
