Water is heavy, so our delivery fee is based on the weight of your order and where it is going. Everything below is calculated automatically at checkout before you pay — you will always see the exact fee before confirming your order.

Outlying and farm addresses may carry a small courier surcharge. If that applies to your address we will contact you with the exact amount before dispatching, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Free Delivery
Delivery is free when your order is over R1,000 and weighs 30kg or less. Both conditions must be met.
We are upfront about why: a R1,000 order of 5L bottles weighs about 150kg, and shipping that by courier costs several hundred rand. Rather than build that into every product price, we keep our water priced fairly and charge weight honestly. For large orders, contact us — palletised freight is far cheaper per kilogram and we will quote you the lower rate.
Bulk and Corporate Orders
Orders over 150kg — roughly 12 cases of 5L or 700 personalised 500ml bottles — are quoted individually. Email shop@aquazenonline.co.za with your quantity, delivery address and required date and we will send a delivery quote within one business day.
For regular corporate or club deliveries we can set up a scheduled standing order with a fixed monthly delivery rate.
Timeframes
Standard stock orders
Dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment clearing. Gauteng delivery typically 1–2 working days after dispatch; elsewhere in South Africa 2–5 working days.
Personalised orders
Allow 5–10 working days from artwork approval before dispatch, because labels are printed and bottles are filled to order. If you have an event date, tell us at checkout and we will confirm whether it is achievable.
Order tracking
You receive an email at each stage, and a courier tracking number once your parcel is collected. You can also track your order at any time on our tracking page using your order number.
Timeframes are estimates. They exclude weekends, public holidays and delays outside our control such as courier disruptions, weather or load shedding.
Receiving Your Order
- Deliveries take place on working days between 08:00 and 17:00. Couriers cannot guarantee a specific time.
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the order. If nobody is there, the courier will attempt redelivery; a second failed attempt may carry a re-delivery fee.
- Please check the parcel on arrival. Report any leaking, crushed or missing items within 7 days under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- We cannot deliver to a PO Box. A physical street address is required.
Collection
You are welcome to collect your order free of charge by prior arrangement. Choose collection at checkout or email us, and we will confirm the address and a collection slot once your order is ready.
